I called last minute for a deep tissue massage to help with some back pain. I had Jasmine she did a wonderful job.
The massages are poor to say the least. They have a constant turnover of masseuse’s and after I spent an hour canceling my account they continued to charge my monthly fee and are offering little to no assistance in rectifying their mistake. Complete scam. There is an outstanding massage therapist located in Woodbridge out of Carloni’s chiropractic office. I strongly recommend visiting her for your health care. I will be emailing corporate to file a formal complaint for whatever that’s worth.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE!! Signed up and asked for month to month, locked into a year contract. Need to cancel membership due to medical reason and have been calling for almost a month now And still waiting for the jerk of a manger to call me back. Was told they get several phone calls and a day about people canceling and the boss is let knows of these phone calls and she just ignores them all!!!! AWFUL BUSINESS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
They also have to reschedule my appts so I am canceling my membership and no one but management can cancel it but yet management is never there and will never call back😡
