I literally just got into my car and had to express my thanks to Massage Envy! I received an hour as a gift from my boss for my birthday, and I will be signing up as a member in the near future. Kristi was absolutely amazing. I received the perfect combination of relaxation and deep tissue massage, and I feel so rejuvenated and relaxed. She was responsive of my needs and took extra care with my trouble spots. Horrible customer service from the store manager. Plenty of other places to get a massage and better customer service.
After Cheryl left this place has gone down hill. We do not like the new salon manager because she is very rude and unprofessional. We have been members for close to 5 years and will be canceling shortly because of the the new manager. Besides- all of the good therapist end up leaving massage envy bc they don't like the work environment. Customer service is everything in this competitive market- there's a million places to go and get a massage and better customer service.
Hands down the BEST deep tissue massage I've ever had. Go see Micah...he will make you feel like a new person in no time!
Customer service rating: poor. 2 therapist's canceling, hadn't checked phone and showed to find out we couldn't get a massage. Didn't offer discount on next visit so went to Philipe's.
