I Love it. My visit today was a facial, I do the $50 a month membership and usually do a facial o e month and a massage the next. So important to take care of yourself�

The massage therapists, Miguel and Jack are great. Very professional. But I have had the worst experience when it comes to supervisor Carly and the front desk. For the past few days I have called numerous times with the ultimate goal of canceling my membership because I don't need the massages any more. I love the massage therapists here. I have not had a bad experience with any of them. However, the mediocre review I am giving is based purely on their front counter staff. I have been given attitude at times on the phone when I called, even to let my therapist know I was running a bit behind. But mostly, it is for the delay in appointment setting. Worst massage expierence ever. I asked several times for my therapist to ease up on the pressure, he'd say ok, and continue with the same. I wanted to cry all the way through and contemplated stopping the service several time, however, today my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and trying to enjoy a couples massage. Needless to say, we both won't be returning.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced! When trying to deal with the manager Carlee Ambrosano she doesn't return phone calls and lies to her employees about calling and talking to Me today about my bank account being charged for an account that's not mine Someone really needs to call me back before I get bank involved!
Love the place. People are helpful and I enjoy my massage therapist Miguel.
