My husband and I had a very good massages. Customer service was good they were very polite and responsive to our wants and needs! We will be going back!!
Owner is helpful when dealing with situation. Front desk and managers leave much to be desired with maintaining client privacy. If you have an issue, insist on speaking directly to the owner and your experience will be much better.
Massage Envy was a wonderful experience for me, especially for my first massage! The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was very polite and welcoming. I, definitely, will continue my business with ME �
I loved my massage however when I went up front all down hill!! Alanna was super pushy about the membership. And everything she presented felt totally scripted and fake. Then when I called to cancel she was pushy again.. why? You get discounts, ect ect I didn't call for a negotiation for god sakes! I was told I had three days to cancel and now I have to go out of my way to go back in to cancel the membership I was pushed into getting on the first place! If massage envy was smart they would SERIOUSLY revamp the front desk pro... read more
