Very disappointed, my dad bought my mom a hour and a half full body massage for Christmas at least that is what they told him he was paying for. She finally went in and used it but in reality she only got a one hour massage and when she was done she was in pain for 2 days. They didn't even massage her head which should have been included in a "full body massage". When she talked to the manager before she left, he explained that they allow a 1/2 hour for dressing and undressing. WOW didn't know it took that long? Very disappo... read more
My first time at Massage Envy and I Loved it!! I totally recommend it and I would recommend Marsha! She was on point with the pressure! I'm a massage therapist myself (6 years) and I'm picky about the pressure, and I have to say, Marsha did Awesome! Good job girl! Will definitely be going back!
