Received a very good massage from Mercedes. Slept like a baby last night.
Be very cautious about this place. Wife was talked into a year long plan with a bunch of small print!!! Couldn’t even cancel without some kind of written notice. Extremely shady in my opinion.
Terrible business... I was lied to when I was told I could do a 6 month membership, they have been taking money from my account for 4 months without my knowledge. Customer service is awful the girls up front are incredibly rude. Do yourself a favor and go to z place!!!
I have never had an issue with this place until today. Usually they work with me on everything but I had massages scheduled for today, an unplanned family event happened and I called to cancel OR reschedule. I was told that I would still be charged the $130 any way and as I told her the situation she did wave the fee, and HUNG UP on me! I really would love to give them a better review but the front desk screws up scheduling so many times...I had to reschedule an appointment at the end of October and was told I could be reschedule for today at 5pm. As I did not get a confirmation call...I called them and no one answered. After getting ahold of a person I was told that I had no appointment on the books. They are horrible with no customer service, I paid for a couples massage and was given appointment cards with dates, times and therapist names I called today to get info on it and was told that they don't exist because the employee screwed up so instead of making it right by the manager I have to take her present away and get something else and can't get a refund, these people are horrible and would not recommend them to anyine so thank you for ruining some ones 18th birthday,
