DO NOT LET ME REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! This company is ridiculous. I have been cancelled on 3 times because the person that was going to do a massage has been fired. I now have over 16 hours of credit still can't get in. So do the math 39 x 16 is a hell of a lot of money for not having anything to show for it. Don't do it don't do it don't do it exclamation point!
This the absolute worst business to ever deal with. I have been in a contract for 6 months now and have never been able to use it due to their lack of availability. I work in a profession where my schedule varies from day to day due to my own clients and whenever I have called in to try to get in there is never any availability. Massage Envy systematically bills my credit card and won't refund money or let you discontinue membership over the phone. They say they will let you use the ones you have paid for, but when you do, they continue billing. If you quit your membership, you lose all the ones that you have banked. I think this is theft and fraud. At least it is crummy business practice. Do not join the membership or you will never be able to get out without losing a lot of money. this must be a reason for not being a member of BBB.
Today is my 2nd third party conversation with massage envy. When I requested my account number, I was told it was to long to give to me. When i requested other information about my account I was given false information. Due to a car accident I go to massage envy once a week and really enjoy going there. They are all very nice! I have only had one bad experience with one of the newer girls at the front desk but the regular ones are amazing! Valora is the best therapist I have ever had. I've had more than a handful of therapists and she has been my favorite.
Scheduling leaves much to be desired. It's one thing to have little availability, and another to be so negative about it.
