PSA to all my friends, Do not sign up for a membership through Massage Envy. After canceling our membership they charged Dago and I for massages and then only will allow us to redeem them if we renew our contract. The Clinic director, condescendingly then stated that she would be "willing to do me the favor" of extending it 60 days. When I explained that considering my liver transplant and being immunosuppressed I am unwilling to put myself in confined space during a pandemic she was unwilling to work with me. Facial and massages are amazing.. and being a member so worth it
I just had my first massage since their reopening from Covid! It was a dream! I'm always torn between wanting to sing praises about my therapist and telling everyone I know that they should see them, and wanting to keep them a secret so other people don't steal spots from me!!

Too many clients to get in and never have times for paying members. They wouldnt refund my last two months even tho I got no massages. So basically they stole from me in my opinion.
They are always kind and friendly. I never have an issue getting in or rescheduled. Such a great deal for a deep tissue or relaxing massage!
Customer service has been great to me. However, the ONLY therapist I’ll see is Rebecca. Her background and knowledge translates beautifully into her work. She works with intention and purpose. It is more than just a massage, she’s healing your body. I’ll follow Rebecca wherever she goes!
