The therapists are great, but they hardly ever answer the phone and if you leave a message, you don't receive a phone call back. I bought the membership when the staff told me that they reserve certain days and spots for members and pay monthly, but never seem to be able to get an appointment :/
Not impressed. Massage therapist was a snowflake who tried everything to get out of doing her job. Kept asking me if I was offended (like 7 times) and got offended when I told her I wasn't going to get offended. She cut the massage short, horrible first experience, wouldn't go back. Shouldnt have tipped her, but I did anyway because I've worked in tipped positions befoee and I just tip always because that's how I roll. Feel like they owed me money when it was over. They made me feel like I was a criminal, had to tell my wife... read more
Wonderful!! I feel so much better and I can't believe I waited this long to try massage!
I wish I could go back I just don't like having a contract. In case i. can't make it that month I still have to pay. Why can't it be 50.00 a month when we show up instead of 90 or what ever. Any ways it was great
