My husband and I had a couple massage. We both had awesome massages and felt very relaxed upon leaving. Would highly recommend Massage Envy.

My massage therapist is excellent, and the only reason I am still a member. The problem is lack of customer service. The front end staff is terrible at customer service. I have been a member since the 1st month Hamilton place location opened, and transferred here with my therapist. At Hamilton place, Brittany and Paige always took excellent care if the clients. Here? The staff does anything but. Its like they can't be bothered! I think its time I look for a new place, even though I will miss my therapist terribly.
