John. I only go to this place because of John. I found out about him by accident. I always went to a female therapist. But a couple of years ago, I was hurting and needed a massage so bad and my regular female therapist was out. The receptionist recommended John and I never saw that female therapist again. That was 3 ago. The place is clean and relaxing as it should be. But if you need a good massage and an awesome therapist? See John. But you have to book weeks in advance as he is always booked solid.
First time and loved it! Will be there every other week 😍 Also bought a pink Himalayan rock salt lamp from there and I'm extremely satisfied.
Left a voicemail to cancel an appt after I called twice during normal business hours requesting a call back to reschedule. Received a call at the time of the appt I cancelled and told the lady I called yesterday. Was told my message wasn't received and she was rude and inconvenienced that they didn't hear my message. No need to reschedule I won't be paying for any services at this location. This would have been our 1st time and the lack of customer service will definitely have me take my services elsewhere
I had an evening session at ME, this past saturday. It was my second Massage, in general, and it was a pleasant experience. The massage Therapist, Jeff, was very professional and respectful, and he really targeted my stress areas, and I really needed the massage to help alleviate the physical affects stress was taking on my body. I am looking forward to future sessions, and I would HIGHLY reccomend their services. FIVE STARS , IMHO.
I had my very first massage yesterday and I thought it was good but now my shoulders are super sore, my masseuse, wasn't very personable. My friend had one as well, and her masseuse made small talk with her and was friendly. I wanted to do more in the feature, but now, I don't think I will
Awful. The therapist pretty much just rubbed oil on me.
