RecommendedThe front desk workers are all very polite and cheerful, and John is fan-tastic. I have a lot of chronic muscle tension and pain, and I feel more relaxed and painfree for a long time after a session with him. Highly recommend.
Check in was easy. Front desk is helpful. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Left feeling 1,000 times better than I did coming in.
First massage was a disappointment because I wasn't paired with the rt person. But Alex (Alexandra) was great! IF you can handle true deep tissue massage, she's the one for you. She is very thorough.

I had a one year massage contract with them that ended in November 2017. On Monday, out of the blue, I was charged $300. I have not received any services to have gotten this charge. I called the Hampton location about this charge and I'm only getting the run around. Very disappointed in this business.
I have been a member at this location for over a year. The lady who does my facials named Barri is great but it’s a shame she has to work for such an unprofessional location. I have been trying to get my membership cancelled for a couple of weeks and I am being charged for this month. After this the location in Norfolk inconveniently didn't make set my appointment that I made online days ago. I thought I would be able to make an appointment with this location. Appointment was confirmed for 2:00. Then I get a call back that they had messed up and didn't realize they had booked that time would 3:00 work. Then less than 30 mins I get a call back with the same excuse. I had an hour massage tonight with Teleka. Honestly, this was one of the best massages I have ever had! She was very friendly and addressed every concern. I will definitely be returning to her in the future! Also, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. :)
I went in for my first professional massage today and LOVED it. Carrie is amazing and progressional. I was a little nervous, but she completely calmed my nerves and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back!
