RecommendedThis appointment was a last minute decision as I was stuck in traffic on my way home from work. I was able to book right from the App and find the nearest spa on my route home. When I entered I was immediately greeted and then ushered into a waiting lounge. Maybe 3 mins later comes my Masseuse named Kat. Tiny little thing but OMG those hands are magical! I have been going to this location for at least 4-5 years now I think. Lisa is my favorite therapist. I have been seeing her for maybe a year so far. she's very good. place is clean.

So, this evening, I drove 30 minutes from my house through hampton traffic, battled for an on street parking spot, and walked 3 blocks, only to find out that they had cancelled my appointment. They had the wrong number on file AS WELL AS MY CORRECT NUMBER THAT THEY HAD USED THE PREVIOUS MONTHS TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS. So, to whichever lazy person couldn't be bothered to put the effort into dialing the primary, correct number on file, instead choosing to just cancel my appointment: thank you. same experience as many people who complain about this place...First massage was a disappointment because I wasn't paired with the rt person. But Alex (Alexandra) was great! IF you can handle true deep tissue massage, she's the one for you. She is very thorough.
They book your appointment, confirm it via a voicemail, a verbal conversation and an email. I get there 15 minutes early and at ten minutes pst my appointment time, I’m told the therapist they booked and confirmed me for has been out on medical leave for “a while” and they couldn’t help me. No, what do you mean? It’s not like the therapist just called in that day, and generally medical leaves have an expected date the return to work.
