I just booked my hour and a half massage this week and showed up for my appointment just now, only to find out that supposedly they've expired on the 10th and I would now have to pay the $150 nonmember fee. However, I wasn't informed of that including when I made my appointment!!
Very accommodating, friendly and willing to change appointments no matter how many times I've had to. Great staff. Top rate.
