I had an amazing experience today! My first time getting a facial and I was a little nervous (didn’t really know what to expect). The front desk staff was polite, and the aesthetician was professional, nice, and talked me through the steps before she did them. I will definitely be coming back for another facial. I have also had massages in the past, and one scheduled for next weekend and I have never had one complaint! I would 10/10 recommend!
I must say your company is really starting to irritate us. My wife and I have been members for quite some time and over the last couple months you guys have been horrible. You have cancelled our appointments at least 5 times in the last 2 months. On top of that my pregnant wife has really been looking forward to those appointments each time due to all the aches and pains that are associated with pregnancy. I joined as a member to receive the discounts they offer which seemed resemble. The problem was seeing the therapist I requested. I was cancelled 3 times 1 time for bad weather the other for personnel reason of the therapist. When they rescheduled me the put the wrong name in for the appt. So again I rescheduled. The waiting list for my therapist is approx. a month. From the beginning they push other therapist which I tried. One hurt my back by pulling on my legs. the person I had was rough and I told him. i woke up so sore and uncomfortable.. waste of a gift certificate. very unhappy with my experience. I wont go back
