My husband and I get a massage here once a month and we LOVE it! John is who we see and I feel 100% better afterwards.
If you want an excellent therapist, schedule with Claire! PHENOMENAL! I’ve been going to her for years. I’ve tried 2 other people there and eh...Claire is great, and very personable! The front desk associates could use a few lessons on customer service though.
Bait and switch pricing..... You list a 90 minuted massage for $75 on your website, and then when I call to schedule the appointment, I'm told it will be $135, almost double the original price! A rather unscrupulous practice in my opinion. I luckily had the forethought to clarify the pricing when making the appointment, and decided that too much of an increase just because I'm not a member. My first time here was yesterday since I have a busy schedule. I’ve had severe neck and back pain the last few days so I made my appointment to go in. I thought the massage went well with a few exceptions of telling her that she was too rough in some sensitive areas of my neck and back. I woke up today in the worst pain of my life. Worse massage i have ever gotten. The lady told me I would feel worse after the massage. I thought it was a joke. I really wanted a massage so i stayed anyway. But who tells you you’ll feel worse and doesn’t even give you her best. Waste of money!
