Massage Envy's new owner is a racist and a bully. She physically put her hands on a client. And refused to give that client written proof that the client was canceling her membership. The police were called and did nothing citing it was a civil matter. It was assault and battery. It was witnessed. Employees won't speak up stating "they don't want to get involved". Cowards! No one should patronage this particular Massage Envy! Everyone who believes in fairness and goodwill should boycott this place.
