Everyone is always very friendly and not pushy . My therapist is the best. I always feel great when i leave.

I have been going there for years for massages. I usually get deep tissue massages and Nick is by far the best. I have been to others and my other faves are Deanna and Justin. I had a facial yesterday and it was excellent my only complaint is they were 17 minutes late. I think they need to give their employees more time between clients. Other than that very happy

I wonder if the hiring staff actually receive a massage from the therapist they hire? If not I think it's an hour well invested to ensure clients have a relaxing experience. I've visited on multiple occasions with a different therapist everytime and never impressed. My latest was by far worst I've ever received, therapist basically played with my hair for 30 minutes, very rushed, lots of "breaks" and did not focus on areas we discussed, totally skipped the feet. I don't trust the reviews for this business. It appears that every time someone posts a negative review (instead of the owner addressing the issue) 10 - 15 people "randomly" post 5 star reviews the next day... I wouldn't be surprised if these people were the owner's immediate friends and family just trying to supe up ratings. If this business can't handle negative reviews, I wonder how they treat their actual customers.
