LAST year I booked a massage for a family member in Dec 2012, fast forward one whole year. I am currently deployed to another country, my family member calls to make an appointment, the rep says we already have you on file. Great, so you think they don't tell you its under someone elses card, she happens to not show up and they charge MY credit card because it is what they have on file from a year ago, no proof needs to be shown, no cc verification, no ID nothing. Their explanation is yes it is a flaw in the system, sorry!
