I went for the first time yesterday thanks to a gift voucher I had received and ended up joining as a member by the end of my session. From the super helpful and personable receptionist, Kelly, to my masseur, Yuan, everything was perfect. Poor customer service!! I had an appointment today at 2 pm and no courtesy call prior to my appointment to let me know the store will not be opening. It wasn’t until i went to the store saw it was closed and then i called them, was I informed their permit wasn’t approved to open. I regret getting a membership at this location and we will see if the owner or store manager even attempts to call me back as requested in my email. Im not hopeful.
Great Staff, they know what deep tissue means! Took 2 months of walking in pain completely away.
