I seriously doubt that any of the masseuses they have are licensed. I had five massages from five different therapists and all were very poor. Left with more pain than when I arrived. The only way they will let someone out of a membership is if you move or have a doctor's note. What about customer satisfaction? Terrence did my trigger point custom massage....amazing job. For the price, it's a steal. Same quality massage work for less cost than some fru-fru place. I would definitely see him again.
