They are telling him he needs to use all of his massages from a years worth of time in 12 days. they convinced him to pay in advance, he spent 700 dollars and only ever got one massage. he left that massage horrified when he found out his massage therapist was unvacinated and hadn't mentioned it up till then. Tried to cancel my stupid membership they want me to jump through hoops I won’t be going back. The Masseuse was great but businesses that make it hard to cancel are shady in my book.

(my sister as a member had gifted me some massages ) I’m in Md visiting and the staff was able to fit me in at the last minute to be able to share an amazing spa day with my sis and mom on her birthday .
