I called to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold for 15 minutes then they hung up on me. So I chalked it up to a bad phone connection so I went online to schedule an appointment. Received an automatic email saying someone would contact me ASAP to confirm the appointment. Still to this day no one has ever called me and that was three weeks ago. I work for a high end dermatologist and will NEVER refer our patients here! Thanks for sucking at life Massage Envy!

Worst company! I received a message and had severe bruising and have had pain in the area massaged for two weeks. I wanted to terminate my membership but the told me that I needed medical documentation. I got it and they still refused to cancel it. This place sucks!
They suck! The staff running the place seem like teenage girls. They are more interested in going home early than running the business. They chose to close early than give my spouse and I an appointment. We took our business elsewere. Very disorganised.
