I'm a travel nurse, so I'm all over the US. Also I've been a ME member for 5yrs now. I had no trouble booking my apt. Ann at the Forest Acres location was the best I've had in a long time. �� & I perfer men because my knots are so intense!! � She absolutely did her thing. ��I will be back!! And as far as the front desk, their greeting was hospitable & the customer service was on point. My experience with Massage Envy-Forest Drive has been very positive. The front desk personnel have always been very attentive and and friendly. The therapists are excellent. Each therapist has always made me feel comfortable and respected. My only complaint is that time just seem to pass so quickly - stop the clock. 🤗 Everyone should treat themself to a relaxing massage.
Mike is the best. If you want it done right. He has helped me so much with my stress level from using computers all day.
This is the biggest Con Job in Columbia. They prey on people that can't read and won't cancel a damn contract. Keep your weak minded family members from up there!a 12 month contract is really 13 months and then they keep taking money out and refuse to cancel the contract. Now our Contract was over March 1st. He called to cancel it and they said he has to physically go up there and sign a release. The contract says they can terminate it. This is just another tactic to get him to sign another contract for $60/month for massage... read more
I was seen, same day appointment. A therapist by the name of Brittany at the Forrest acres location was totally awesome. I don't believe words can express the overall experience that I had with her. Massage was perfect!
