Very clean and treated me like family. Had a great massage and a facial.
If I could not go to my appointment without being charged for a massage that we got as a gift, I would happily. The staff is rude. She argued with me on the phone about when I could make it in... I am very disappointed in your services. I will NOT go back!
The therapists and estheticians are wonderful. However, I was completely duped by the office staff. When I signed up for a membership, I was told that I could cancel at any time AND that I could transfer my membership to another location. First, I found out that they meant I could freeze my account temporarily at any time. I was locked in for a year. Let me start off by saying my therapist Jessica was exceptional!!! She gets 5 stars!!! The professionalism of the staff is what I'm displeased with. I was gifted an 1 1/2 massage and only received an hour. I spoke with Kyle, the manger, and he said come back and you'll only have to pay $68 for the 1 1/2 massage since we owe you 30 minutes. My daughter and I joined when they first opened. It is amazing and very professional staff. We love � our therapist Emily and the manager Gina is very dedicated to making sure you have the best experience.
5 months later and they still haven't transferred our information to have fairlawn as our home location. They keep calling my friends phone even though I have provided my phone number multiple times. I even called and spoke to Kyle, one of the managers, who stated he would call corporate and get everything straightened out. But it still hasn't been. And our rates went up. I have been a member for a couple years and absolutely love it. The atmosphere is awesome and relaxing. The staff are courteous and friendly and accommodating. The therapist make you feel comfortable and just the massage to exactly what you ask for. I would highly recommend massage envy Fairlawn.
