Customer service at this location is terrible. When I attempted to cancel my current contract with them they refused to provide paperwork and/or return phone calls. When I went in-person the front desk reprimanded me for attempting to cancel and interrupting services (they were too busy to discuss billing matters it seems). I am very disappointed with Massage Envy, its unfortunate considering I was a member for over a year prior to this experience.
Awful management and business practices. Thieves!!! Do not go here.
They left me in a room for 50 minutes with no one checking on me. I explained to the manager I wanted my membership cancelled and my unused massages refunded. To quote her: "That is not going to happen". Manager was rude and kept talking over me. This was some of the poorest customer service I have experience in a very long time. They get your money and then want to keep it. Did I mention the front desk staff thought it was funny? HORRIBLE!
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Superbe service I went there to use a giftcard... I ended up getting a membership! I need to do something nice for me! I loved my massage! The atmosphere so relaxing, my husband enjoyed it as well!
Had a 90 minute facial with Kendall. She was a delight! She was knowledgeable, and explained everything as she was doing it. Very professional. Highly recommend her!
