My facial with Kendall was outstanding! I have had many and her treatment was my best ever. Very friendly desk staff and Kyle (manager) was professional and personable. Since bad PR on Massage Envy, they have improved their customer service.

If I could not go to my appointment without being charged for a massage that we got as a gift, I would happily. The staff is rude. She argued with me on the phone about when I could make it in... I am very disappointed in your services. I will NOT go back!

The therapists and estheticians are wonderful. However, I was completely duped by the office staff. When I signed up for a membership, I was told that I could cancel at any time AND that I could transfer my membership to another location. First, I found out that they meant I could freeze my account temporarily at any time. I was locked in for a year. Today, I tried to transfer my membership to another location, as I have moved, and they stated I must finish my year contract with this location, cancel my membership, and re-sign with another location. Lesson learned: never trust what someone is telling you and read the contract yourself.

Let me start off by saying my therapist Jessica was exceptional!!! She gets 5 stars!!! The professionalism of the staff is what I'm displeased with. I was gifted an 1 1/2 massage and only received an hour. I spoke with Kyle, the manger, and he said come back and you'll only have to pay $68 for the 1 1/2 massage since we owe you 30 minutes. That makes no sense to me since my total gifted 1 1/2 massage should be free. Needless to say I will never visit this location EVER! Plus, I didn't get offered any of their packages. Hopefully, the Strongsville site will be better...
