service was excellent at the girl who did the facial was excellent at letting us know what she was doing and really made my daughter's first experience pleasant. Will definitely go back!
Today my mom sister and I planned out an entire girls day and had a set schedule, we all made facial appointments together. 2 hours before our appointment, they called me and said one of the girls called off so one of us had to come an hour early. We had a set day planned and all took the day off, it really messed up our whole schedule. I am a hair stylist and if somebody needs to call off, they are required to get their shift covered.
