RecommendedThis is the best place to go if you are in the area! I had my first massage a few months ago and bought the membership the same day! My husband and I are from Kentucky and he is in the area working so when I come to see him I always make it a point to make an appointment! If you haven’t checked it out you need too you won’t be disappointed!
Absolutely great atmosphere! Everyone was tremendous, for my first time experience I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. Vicky was absolutely great! I can't wait to go back!

Love this place. I mostly get facials but am pampered and feel so relax when I am done. They explain what is being done. An hour and a half is recommended as you really get pampered. ADORE Victoria. Highly recommend her
First time at massage envy and had a great experience! Got a facial done by Yari Torres and loved every minute! Can’t wait to go back get a chemical peel in two weeks! Everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions! So organized and clean.😊

never have I wrote a bad review,until now..the front desk help at this place is the worst....they cancelled my appt because of someone calling off for frozen pipes..(no problem)..So I rescheduled a week later...I show up today..I'm told my membership is expired by...u guessed it..a week...said nothing they could once it's in computer..lol....horrible staff..please avoid this place
Horrible management! Apparently taking money out of peoples accounts and not refunding it for a family emergency when not being able to make it to your appointment means absolutely nothing to these people! After making several of attempts to beg for the money back the 'manager' Tanya hung up the phone on me more than once. NOT good business! ALSO Tanya doesn't know how to deal with an upset customer so she then decides to call the police on me for NO reason! I will be making further reports about this situation because I hav... read more
