Great Massage James
This location is HORRIBLE. The staff, especially "Shawna" is extremely unprofessional and rude. She refuses to address a serious issue I brought to her attention. She is refusing to take calls from me, and from another location I have reached out to for help. The spa itself is dirty, stains on the sheets, the rooms smell of mold. The therapists are unprofessional and untrained. I will NEVER go back there and I tell everyone I know to avoid it.
