My wife and I have been members for over 3 years at the Concord location. We never have any trouble booking appointments. The only tough time to get an appointment is around the holidays, which is to be expected. So we have learned to book in advance. We both use and Love same therapist, Michaela. She is Wonderful !!! ☆☆☆☆ And the counter staff is always friendly and polite. I Always post when I am getting my monthly massage to let my friends know. We Always leave feeling Relaxed and Refreshed.
My husband and I have been members for years and love it! Excellent massage therapists and the staff is all very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone!
This establishment does not know a thing about good customer service they are only worried about selling memberships and once you are a member you can never get an appointment or if you finally do when you arrive its not booked they are a joke and so is there GM she had to call an employee via phone to ask how to check my husband out. How are you a GM and yet can't do anything and not to mention my husband said that we will not give them business as neither should anyone. Im not a member but have had several massages there. Almost recently bit the bullet and decided to sign up until i heard how they treated a ling standing costumer. The massage therapist there are amazing. Its the front of the house that treat the clients like trash. They cant seem to stay organized, they allow billing issues and mis scheduling issues to occur then state its the clients responsibility. I own my own business, along with working for a company. Well run. I transferred from an out of state location. Satisfied.
Too many scheduling & billing mishaps. Great customer service entails more than just smiling and sweet talk; it requires taking actionable steps to remediate issues. On that, they don't deliver. More often than not, the massages are shorter in duration than the time allotted. In short, it's a mediocre establishment.
Professional and effective! Now I know what kind of gift certificates to give to family and friends! Awesome experience!
