While the masseuse are always great, Massage Envy has way too many rules and restrictions as far as payments, contract ( you're locked into a 1 year deal that you can't cancel ) expiring credits that you paid for,etc. It's now, particularly with sites like Groupon, too many cheaper options for great massages without being locked into a contract,dealing with credits, etc than Massage Envy. My last time.

Awesome place! The therapists and staff are knowledgeable and super helpful! They helped me pick the right massage and it felt awesome! James worked the kinks out my neck and shoulders! The tightness is gone!
