Anita does a great job in making me feel comfortable and relieving any back pains I had! Staff was more than welcoming and professional. I signed up for a membership without question ❤️ can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately ever since new management took over this place has been a customer service nightmare. I showed up for an appointment and the location was closed for painting. Another time they called to confirm and appointment I didn’t book and then told me that my booked appointment was never made. They charged me anyway and refused to refund. I won’t be going here anymore.
I have been using this massage envy for 5+ years. Today I received a massage from Parson. He is amazing - best massage I have ever had at this location.
I always have a wonderful experience at this location although one is now closer to me in the Newark area, however Parson is great! I do miss Elizabeth but enjoy my service and looking forward to the next!
