Had a one hour massage appointment and they let me in the room a few minutes late,. The masseur finished the session and I finished dressing and left the room when I realized that I didn't receive a full hour massage,; at most 45 min. I've had better massages and services at the kiosks at the malls
Excellent, love my facials and massage the best thing i ever did to be a member of massage envy.
I have been seeing Lauren as a therapist for over a year now, I have since moved to the south shore but I like her that much I make the drive. The girls at the desk are very sweet and I have no complaints about booking or waiting; I never have any issues coming here.
