Worst customer service. Don’t sign up for their membership program - trust me.
I just actively sought out ME on Facebook after calling to put my membership on hold due to the virus. Was told that they were not accommodating these requests at this time and I can continue to bank them. WHAAAT?????!!!!!!!! Try getting an appointment when this is all said and done! The CDC is recommending 6 feet social distancing and they won’t accommodate. There has been no communication from the spa whatsoever. Been a member since they opened in my town about 10 years ago. RecommendedI absolutely LOVE Massage Envy. They are professional and it is in a calm, serene setting. They do everything from basic body massages to deep tissue, and facials. You can book 1 hr or 1.5hr appointments. They will spend more time on isolated areas if you wish. The staff is very nice and upbeat. The massage therapists are all qualified and do fantastic jobs. My favorite therapist is Donna. She listens to you and does the best massages ever. I recommend this facility greatly.
Couldn’t understand why ME has such a horrible reputation, lesson learned here. Do not go here unless you want more stress.
Paid for 1 hr masage and only got 45 min. Thieves. Unfortunately for me i did not know until i got into my car when i realized what happened and see the time. I now hear same complaints with others. Also Ive gotten better massages at the malls.
