Massages are never up to par. ONLY redeeming quality is miss Patricia doing my facials. Highly recommend her but sadly front staff have NO clue what they are saying and have messed me around resulting in a bill of over $60 MORE than my paid monthly fee. Which is a joke. Information was put in to my account. And when you do leave angry you get a half hearted apology and no follow through from the situation.
