Katharine did a wonderful job on my facial yesterday!! It was very relaxing. I will be back!
I love this place!! Everyone is so professional and kind!! I have never had a bad experience at this place!!! Woohoo
My first time to visit and I was very pleased. Brittany was very good. Very professional and well worth repeat business. I recommend massage envy!
Bossier City location. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back. Very friendly staff!
Massages are never up to par. ONLY redeeming quality is miss Patricia doing my facials. Highly recommend her but sadly front staff have NO clue what they are saying and have messed me around resulting in a bill of over $60 MORE than my paid monthly fee. Which is a joke. Information was put in to my account. And when you do leave angry you get a half hearted apology and no follow through from the situation.
