Had my first massage done by Jakea! She was amazing and made me feel very comfortable! The staff was very friendly and the place relaxing and clean.
Never can get an appointment then when I finally do after waiting 3 weeks they call and cancel on me. Poor business!!! I have had issues ever since I joined. I have several services I'm trying to use up so I can cancel. Don't waste your time joining.
Sophia and Jakia are simply amazing!! Reading all the reviews pertaining to inability to get an appointment or not so kind receptionist thinking "Really" never experienced this at the Bossier location but once or twice at the Shreveport location. Staff are always professional and helpful!!
I really loved this place. The staff was very helpful and explained everything very well. My massage therapist was also awesome. I cant wait for my next massage.
There are 2-3 great massage therapists at Massage Envy, other then that, the staff is not great! I purchased a membership and can NEVER get a massage scheduled, the front staff seem clueless as to how to schedule appointments and are always trying to up-sale you. It's just a bit irritating to go.
