I have a "membership" with massage envy. 3 weeks ago I had back surgery, and a week prior to that I tried to get in to get a massage... nothing available. Since I knew I wouldn't be able to get a massage after the surgery, I requested my membership be "frozen" 5 days before my surgery. That didn't happen, so now I'll be canceling my membership since simple things can't be done within this business. No other charges will be authorized from this business, and legal action will be taken in any attempt to charge my account.
I just had the best massage I’ve ever paid for. Kirsten was my therapist and omg she was AMAZING! I’ll be a new regular, for sure!
I just left Massage Envy I was helped by Desiree by tmya and giving a massage by I'm sorry I forgot her name so sorry because she is a great massage therapist but they know who I'm speaking of and who I'll be looking for from now on it was an overall great experience it made my whole day better I spent maybe less than 2 hours in there and I came out feeling like a new person I would recommend Massage Envy to everybody. Massage Envy stole 60 dollars out of my bank account yesterday 8/29/2018. and I have been canceled for 2 months from Massage Envy. Now they said it won't go back in my account for 7 days, because of them I have no money. They will also rep you off when you get a massage. When you get and hour they only give you 45minutes.
Tequila is AMAZING!! I have had several massages with her and she never disappoints!! The facials are also phenomenal. I love ME in Bossier.. The staff is great and I always leave completely relaxed and de-stressed!! I think it’s time to schedule and chemical peel and try that out!! THANK YOU!!!
