I have a never had anything but a relaxing time that was well worth the money. It seems the most complaints are from people who didn't make the time to come in and are upset about a contract they signed and are mad the great employees of this location because they can't force corporate management to void contracts because the clients were too busy to show up. If that's the worst complaint about this business, it should tell you this is a great location with great employees.

I absolutely loved my massage therapist. However, due to a whirlwind of things that have been going on in my personal life over the last few months I have had to cancel my membership. I still have 2 paid in full massages with massage envy and they will not refund me, nor did they offer me any other options to help me out. I planned on going back after I had everything situated and under control but now I will never go back to a company who does not care about their clients, just the money in their clients' wallets.
Was greated wonderfuly by the staff.. They answered all my questions. I was able to book a massage with Ms Sophia the next day, she was recommended to me by a co-worker. The massage was wonderful and she was awesome. I joined and can not wait to go back.
Finally made it in and was not disappointed! The staff is great and Brittany was awesome. Hope her hands and arms are insured! My first professional massage was the bizzomb! Thanks again
You won't regret membership here! Totally worth the money for exceptional care!
