I have been a member for over two years, i went on vacation for two months and my credit card got lost and i had to get a new one. My automatic payments did not go through because of this, i had over 11 Paid credits on my account over 650 dollars of monthly payments, the ownership cancelled my account and erased all my credits and there only response is that if sign back up for every new month that i pay for i can get one credit back. Massage Envy - Bloomington - Normal is seriously the worst business! I canceled an appointment only to be called later and told it was still on the schedule and I was required to STILL pay. I explained I was only coming to use a gift card and the receptionist told me to bring it in and they would use that for payment. Before I could even get there my credit card was already charged! I had the best facial with Skye! He’s all about long lasting results and treatment. He taught me so much during my facial. Highly recommend him!

I love my massage therapist John... 💕 He is all of that and a bag of chips and I have nothing but PRAISE for him bc he has going far and above in accommodating me and treating my Fibromyalgia. A HUGE THAN YOU!!! The problem that I have is with the company's policy. I pay a monthly fee membership for 60 minutes with an additional 30 minutes for a total 90 minutes MONTHLY MASSAGE.
