Horrible stealing people and poor services. Don't trust your body or money with the scam. Go somewhere professional, you pay so much not to even get an hour massage like other professional people. Plus they steal your money. Don't risk it
Terrible! Terrible costumer service. Tried to cancel my membership months and months before they actually. Would paid for at least 4 messages totalling in 260$ only to not get anything out of it. Never went in because of the pandemic. They never confirmed they cancelled my memeber ship and did not even let me know the messages I had already paid for would or when they would expire. Stole my money and terrible service.

I have been going to Massage Envy for almost a year now for my back therapy. Through this time span I have had the opportunity to work with several fantastic masseuses. All have been attentive to pressure and areas of concentration on that specific appointment leaving me in less pain and more mobility than when I came in! They took the time to really figure it what I needed with my facial treatments and I have seen results with the dark spot issues on my face. I’ve been really happy with the Murad products as well. The citrus smell is amazing!
