Everyone here is friendly and professional, and my massages are always top notch!
I was a member of massage envy for over 2 years. During that time I found a few therapists that were exceptional (Maria). It’s too bad the front desk staff has a high turnover rate. They gave me wrong information, messed up my account and misplaced gift card balances. Unbelievable that there was no attempt at service recovery by management. I would rather spend extra money on a higher quality massage then spend any more of my money at Massage Envy.
Nothing but professionalism and high quality service! I recommend Rhonda for facials -- my skin has never looked better...today I'm all glowy from a seaweed de-tox mask facial. She's the real deal! Monthly massages with Nick have made the difference for me with pain and stress management. I can't say enough good things about this crew!
I recently started seeing Rhonda for facials and chemical peels. She is fabulous, and I can tell my face is becoming smoother and brighter. I love it.
Excellent customer service!! I was able to get a same day appointment for neck and shoulder pain and walked out with relief. Excellent communication from the staff and massage therapist.
