Was in town and needed a massage... scheduled my co worker and I right away. Cassandra absolutely loved it! I'll be back when I'm in town next.
Unfortunately, my experience with massage envy was terrible. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 8pm and when I arrived in was informed by receptionist that my therapist, Renee, called in ill. I have no missed call or message from them even though someone noted in their system they called me. I am 7 months pregnant with sciatica and desperately needed a massage. They offered no compensation or apology. I am very dissapointed with their unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place!
In town visiting family from out of state and needed a massage. Called Wednesday morning to make an appointment for my friend and I and they gave us a time that same day and said they had us down. When we showed up they didn't have our names down and wouldn't give us our massage we had scheduled and promised a manager would call by Monday. Still haven't heard anything...we won't be back.
It is a lovely place to visit. The receptionist was very friendly. I requested a deep tissue massage, which is $12.00 extra. The deep tissue massage there consists of massaging an icy hot lotion with regular massage technique. Trunia has good hands, but my Intake form asked if I wanted massage on my gluteus, pectoral muscles, head, face and feet. I said yes to all. She avoided ALL of those areas as well as my legs above the knees front and back. It was a first for me.
This is the best place !!! I run in college, so my body especially my legs are over used. I recieved massage and a facial from this client and I loved it ! After my body felt renewed and all my stress was vanished! I got the sugar foot stub also because my feet need some loving and they were as soft as a baby's bottom afterwards! The facial used MURAD products and it was amazing, afterwards my skin was glowing. Highly recommend visiting this client tell all your friends!!
