They had told me I could cancel my membership anytime because I was 25 miles away. I used one massage in a year and then when I went in to cancel my membership, they tried to say that it was if I moved out of the area. Then they agreed to cancel but they took off the accrued benefits that they claim you are supposed to get to keep for 60 days if you cancel. What a scam. I would never step foot in a massage envy again.
