Do NOT do business with Massage Envy of Kennewick!!! I made the appointment yesterday at 3 for today at noon. I told them on the phone I have never been to their place and never had a massage. Been here twice for facials & 1 massage. Great treatments, but something in the massage lotion they use for arm massage during facial is breaking me out in an allergic reaction. Confirmed after second facial here yesterday. Having to take RX meds for allergic reaction. I did let them know initially that I suffer with sensitive skin. Be careful here if you have sensitive skin.
