Fine massage therapists, customer service. I've been a customer on and off for five years and the last two years or so have been worse than ever. Lots of turnover with therapists. Manager did not return my calls after I cancelled my membership, so I had to go in person to talk. She tried to pass ongoing issues off, implied I was lying, and then tried to get me to join again. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in years - the therapist was great (Monique) but this location is horribly disorganized and not helpful at all in terms of payment - even when you try and pay ahead - it is a completely convoluted system and the turnover in staff makes it nearly impossible to get the same answer twice - I cancelled my membership today. The frustration in dealing with the desk/payment makes the massage worthless.
So far massage envy and their leadership team has been unbearable. Iv never been treated with such distaste and unwillingness to accommodate people with serious health issues and pain. Isn't that the reason for a massage, to treat your body and soul with wellness. Christine at the Ardmore location has truly done the company and community a disservice with her disgraceful customer service and satisfaction.

I went there massage was okay but tge service. I requested to cancel my membership. I finally received a firm after several calls. I sent the firm in three times. I know they received it because after I sent the forms the Courtesy calls stopped You know the calls to schedule your massages, but they still withdraw money from my account.
