Natasha is the best I have had. there are lots of games in town but let's get it done right. Her work is A++ material. don't see anyone else.
Jason is AMAZING! I have had several sessions with him and I always leave feeling much better than when I walked in. He knows exactly what my body needs and explains everything very well.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. My massage was great. Had the added foot scrub. All was ruined by front desk employees. Had a gift card for an hour long massage but they still proceeded to charge my card for 25.00 dollars instead of just the 10.00 extra for the scrub after they told me it would be fine since their machines were down. Had a wonderful hour massage today. Thank you Ann! I really needed that treat! Thanks Massage Envy for treating me so well. You staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. It was great to have some relaxation and quiet time away from all the chaos!
UPDATE: Thank you to the manager Jen this situation has been addressed and corrected. Thank you. I called to cancel my membership and was lied to about how to do that. I specifically stated I wanted Dec. 2015 to be the last month I was billed. I was told I had to wait until AFTER my dues processed on Dec 19th to come in and fill in out the cancellation. I have been to Massage Envy a few times over the years and never been overly impressed with their customer service. I am always one to give things a second or even third try. My sister was nice enough to transfer one of her massages to me, as I am a busy mom, and she thought it would be a nice treat for me.
