My husband called to cancel on the morning of his appointment because he was sick. He was told since it was less than 24 hours notice he would have to pay 50% of the cost. He told them if he was going to have to pay he was going to come in sick. They told him that he couldn’t come because he was sick. I understand the 24 hour notice policy but it isn’t like he was just canceling because he didn’t want to go. He was really sick. The girl he talked to was so snotty and rude. He won’t be back.

Very “blah” massages!!! Who knew there was such a thing as a bad massage?!? Customer service sucks-they cancelled my massage 3 times (I wish they were courteous enough to use their own 24 hr cancellation policy). Plus, they reduced your massage time by 10 minutes every time to ask what you want massaged and get you water...
This place is a Joke!!!! When you have 48.5 messages out, over $4000 in charges and the aren’t willing to help you use them because they don’t have any openings for two months out. Most people’s schedules don’t work like that. MESSAGE ENVY company is a Joke go some where else. I get I moved there is not one but two locations near me that never have any openings in Sioux Falls take your business else where.
I had a facial and a massage yesterday and loved them both!! I try and do this once a month. Will continue to go back! �
