My first time at Massage Envy i had a facial. My esthetician was amazing! It was the first time in awhile so for me it was very relaxing & rewarding. Will be back regularly!
So disappointed in the recent price hikes and rule changes. I have been a member for a few years and I will be canceling my membership this week because it's gone downhill so much. The service itself is great with most of the therapists but the membership is a rip off. You hike prices and then when we want to freeze our membership like offered before then we can't use the massages we have already paid for and have banked. Membership is a joke. Overpriced. On top of that they tell you you can transfer massages to anyone. But you can only transfer to one person per month, when I have 6 paid for, unused massages built up. Would have liked to give them as Christmas gifts.... plus it's a 10$ fee to give as a gift??? Ripoff
I called made an appointment in advance took 1/2 day off work booked it for 90 minutes cause that's all they had for openings they call me 15 minutes before need be there and cancel my appointment.. and of course no other appointments available until the 1st week in November... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and on top of that the staff were very rude!
I've had a membership with massage envy first over 3 years and I've never had a problem! Also, Kurt is fantastic!
Be forewarned, if you buy a $50 gift certificate for a 1 hour massage on the web site for anyone they may need to spend another $45 for that 1 hour massage before the tip. They will not even do a refund if the purchase was done less than 24 hours ago. There are many more alternatives out there. Do your research and read the ultra fine print.
