I had Yvonne yesterday and she was amazing. I've been going there alittle over a year now and been using the same therapist ban she is also amazing..guess I'm gonna have to switch back and forth..lol
Just giving everyone a heads up. Watch out for the coupon deal on the website for a free $25 with $100 gift purchase. You have to go to the store to get that promotion. It cannot be done on the website. Totally not apparent whenever you view it on the website. Felt pretty scam-ish to me. I got burned by it and they refused to help me. All they wanted to do was tell me where you could find the website fine print on another page.
I received a gift card for my birthday from my family. BEST THING EVER!!! Absolutely LOVED Meagan (phenomenal Customer Service) and Renee, awesome facial. She made me feel so comfortable, like we had been friends for years. When you are in Customer Service you expect a certain level of service. It was so great that I am now a Member! My family introduced me to Massage Envy, my go to for relaxation. Thank You M.E. See you next week! (Started scheduling the whole family already) Love that it is a 2 minute drive from my house.
